Views from the rooftop bar are stunning, especially during sunset. Front desk staff could be more attentive, and service issues were noticeable. Renting bikes on-site was convenient for exploring the area. Room cleaning was inconsistent too.

The rooftop bar offers amazing views and a fun atmosphere in the evenings. Check-in process is slow and staff seem overwhelmed at times. bicycle rentals are available for exploring the area, which is a nice touch.

Really loved the spacious room and the breathtaking view from the balcony. The pool area was nice, and the staff were super friendly. Enjoyed the free drink at check-in! Just a bit noisy at night from the club below, which was kinda distracting when trying to relax. be ready for a wait with the elevators.

The gym facilities are impressive, but service inconsistencies, particularly with room preparations, need improvement for a smoother stay.

I loved my stay because it was just a few steps from amazing restaurants like Truluck's and Big Easy Wine Bar and Grill, and I could easily stroll to the Brickell City Centre and enjoy luxury shopping, with downtown's vibrant atmosphere all around. The hotel had a great pool and comfortable rooms with clean amenities, making my time relaxing and enjoyable. the valet service was a bit inconsistent and could use improvement.

The cleanliness wasn't up to par, and noise between rooms was an issue. The popular rooftop bar draws crowds, resulting in long lines and a frustrating wait for drinks. A beautiful space, but some areas need more attention.

Our visit to the science museum at Bayfront Park was a blast for both the adults and the kiddos. The place was filled with all kinds of cool gadgets and gizmos that kept everyone entertained for hours!

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning views and convenient location of the property. The food was delicious, and the staff were fantastic. I particularly appreciated having a drinking water tap in my room for easy hydration. The room I stayed in, a corner king, provided a luxurious experience.

Some staff members were not as accommodating as expected during my visit. I encountered difficulties reaching the front desk, and the service lacked warmth and efficiency.

Had challenges with the room lock upon arrival, but was quickly assisted and upgraded. The entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked, causing confusion, especially at night.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable hotel. The staff went above and beyond, especially Nestor in security, who helped retrieve my forgotten belongings. The on-site restaurant was delicious, and the location in an upscale shopping mall was perfect for us.

The mini-bar arrangement was inconvenient with automatic charging for removed items and limited personal storage.
